The Best part of the Hotel is the courteous staff.. very professional, and Right from the Reception to the Restaurant and Housekeeping, all of them have made our stay a comfortable one, The TRIP was an Emergency Trip as Sad Demise of my Brother, but the Hotel stay made me so relaxed and comfortable that i was in peace for the whole stay. A special Thanks to all the Names i am writing below as without them this trip would have been a BORING one, i would really appreciate the management award them with some kind of Performance certificate for there services. Ms. Mona Lama ( T L ) Ms. Pooja - she is STAR ---Good job ( Guest Service Associate ) Ms. Sakshi - she is GLITTER --- Good Job ( Management Trainee ) Ms. Madhu - She is Sweet --- Good job ( Guest Service Associate ) All the Other GSA - Sahil - Super star / Praveen - Super star / Mahesh Raut / Varad / Shibani / Tetei / Vaishnavi / Viraj FIVE STAR TO ALL OF THEM. A special thanks also to the FRONT OF THE HOUSE TEAM, who took care of my Emergency requirement for the Doctor on Call service which was required and provided all the necessary support with Doctor service and Medical supplies. Brilliant work from them, i could not write the Names but they are also a PART of my good stay, Please take care of them also. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND I LOOK FORWARD FOR MY VISIT AGAIN.

Stayed for one night at the hotel. Everything in the hotel seems brand spanking new. Very modern decor. Check-in process was smooth. All the staff were very courteous and very welcoming. Generous size room. Very comfy and big bed. Nice view of the hills from the 11th floor. Very convenient location, close to the highway but room was very silent and could not hear any outside sound or noise. Special thanks to chef Neeraj he went above and beyond to make sure my son's intolerances and dietary needs were met and he was very nice and friendly with us making sure we were happy with the food being served. Breakfast was simply amazing!! We stayed for only one night but I wish I could have stayed longer. This hotel is highly recommended! Very well maintained property.

I had booked a room for two days as I had to attend a few meetings in that vicinity. My mom who is a senior citizen accompanied me and she was to stay alone for long hours. I had casually mentioned in in the special request section as I wanted an early check-in. Nupur and the team in the reception remembered it and checked on my mom and made her feel comfortable in my absence. They asked her if she needs tea etc and ensured she was ok. I am grateful to the staff members for looking after her so well.

The food was exceptionally good. Chef Dinesh Joshi and Chef Prashant gave some excellent preparations. The staff was friendly and helpful. My massage at the Jiva Spa was good too!! All in all a memorable experience! In fact all my stays in various Taj hotels so far have been memorable. Thanks

I liked the excellent service of Arti who was the head of housekeeping and the other guys. She took the in charge of decorating the room and people who assisted her were Sushant, Rupesh and Bhakti. These people were very helpful and provided me the best service.
